My one-on-one Private Yoga sessions are a lovely way to deepen your practice or introduce yourself to yoga for the first time. Specially created modifications suited to what your body is needing now, with the tools to help manage anxiety, depression, stress, improve sleep habits, build confidence or healing of an injury. I will focus on guiding you to achieve your personal needs and goals. Together we will work through challenges, learn modifications to Asanas poses that are right just for your body. Infusing my traditional Hatha training with Meditation, Mudras, Chakras, connection to Nature (Forest Bathing) & more into my teachings allows me to guide my students through the beautiful inward journey of transformation and the full balance that it brings to our Body, Mind and Spirit.
